Connect what you already have
Each person connects their own Google or Outlook calendar, or pastes a private iCal link. Changes arrive as they happen, with a regular sweep behind them in case anything is missed. If a calendar gets connected twice, hyv notices and offers to remove the copy.

Keep hyv as a view across everyone's calendars, or switch on Full Calendar to create family events in hyv. They're saved back to the Google or Outlook calendar you choose, so they still show up on everyone's phone.
